XM has started offering 1:1000 high leverage from June 2022.
The upgrade from 1:888 leverage to 1:1000 leverage is made for Micro, Standard, and Ultra-Low spread account types.
To open XM’s trading account with 1:1000 leverage, you need to select Micro, Standard, or Ultra-Low spread account.

Note that XM’s maximum leverage has a limitation depending on the account balance.
If your account has a balance over $20,000, then the maximum leverage will be limited as follows:

| 1:1 to 1:1000 | From $5 to $20,000 |
| 1:1 to 1:200 | From $20,001 to $100,000 |
| 1:1 to 1:100 | From $100,001 |
XM’s 1:1000 leverage is applicable to Forex currency pairs, but not Cryptocurrency pairs.
For trading of Cryptocurrency pairs, you can utilize up to 1:250 leverage.
