Binance Futures ETH/USDT System Issue

At 23:21:49 on October 14, 2021 (East Eighth District Time), Binance’s ETH/USDT perpetual contract experienced an abnormal liquidation. It was confirmed for the first time that some users were affected by this incident. The time range of ETH/USDT affected was 23:21:49-23:57:27 (East Eighth District Time).

Binance will contact the affected users within 24 hours and automatically refund the liquidation fee and 100U transaction fee deduction coupons. Binance will follow up on the progress of each user in the form of emails. If you have more questions, please contact customer service for further consultation. Binance apologizes for the inconvenience caused to you.

If you are a user affected by this incident, Binance will refund all the liquidation fees in your ETH/USDT perpetual contract transaction to your spot account. Please check the distribution result in “Wallet-Distribution Record” [Remarks: ETH/USDT_1014 (Futures)].

Binance Spot, Options, and other contracts except ETH/USDT will not be affected.
