CoinEX has released the details of the new Liquidation Service Fee in Margin Trading.
Liquidation Service Fee in Margin Trading
In order to improve the experience of using leveraged services, CoinEx will charge users a certain percentage of liquidation fees during the leveraged liquidation from 18:00 on December 8, 2021 (UTC+8), and all the fees collected will be injected into the leveraged insurance In the fund, it is used for the allocation of wear and tear in leveraged transactions.
Details are as follows:
Calculation formula
Transaction currency liquidation settlement fee = (trading currency pending principal + transaction currency pending interest) * liquidation settlement fee ratio;
Liquidation fee for liquidation in the pricing currency = (pending principal in the pricing currency + interest pending repayment in the pricing currency) * ratio of liquidation fees for the liquidation.
If the remaining total assets after the liquidation (transaction currency + pricing currency) ≥ the total liquidation settlement fee, the full liquidation settlement fee will be charged.
If the strong level of surplus assets (currency trading + pricing goods currency) level of total clearing fee is charged for all remaining assets as a strong level of liquidation costs.
If there are no remaining assets or short positions after the liquidation, no liquidation fee will be charged.
Liquidation fee ratio
The current ratio is 2%. In the future, CoinEx will adjust the liquidation fee ratio according to market conditions and will be notified by another announcement.
