In case you don’t receive verification emails from Kriptomat

Kriptomat uses device verification as a feature that requires all devices and IP addresses to be authorized before they can access your account. This process must always be completed for each new device or location.

When you try to log in from a new device or location, you will automatically receive an email with a confirmation link. You need to verify the device by clicking the link from the same device you tried to log in to.

You can click the link within 15 minutes after making the login attempt.

These emails can sometimes take more than 15 minutes to arrive, it depends on the operator, it is also possible that your Internet provider is marking the verification emails as spam.

You can do the following to avoid it:

  • Check your spam / trash folder. If one of Kriptomat’s emails is in these folders, you should mark them as “Not Spam / Junk”.
  • Add no-reply@kriptomat.io to your email contacts or safe senders list.
  • Change your email settings so that you can keep a copy of spam messages, as many providers delete these messages by default before they reach your inbox.

If you do not receive an email, please contact the chat support service on Kriptomat’s website or write an email.
