The Merger of Rari Governance Token (RGT) and Tribe (TRIBE)

Binance will support the Rari Governance Token (RGT) and Tribe (TRIBE) token merger program.

With reference to the details of the token merger, Binance will replace RGT with TRIBE for users. The specific arrangements are as follows:

Binance margin trading platform will suspend RGT/USDT, RGT/BUSD, RGT/BTC isolated margin lending services at 19:00 on March 09, 2022 (East 8th district time).

Binance leveraged trading platform will automatically close and liquidate RGT leveraged positions, cancel all pending orders and delist RGT/USDT, RGT/BUSD, RGT/BTC at 19:00 on March 11, 2022 (East 8th zone time).

Binance will stop trading and delist all RGT spot trading pairs ( RGT/USDT, RGT/BUSD, RGT/BNB, RGT/BTC ) at 12:00 on March 14, 2022 (East 8th zone time), all RGT spot trading pairs The pending order will be canceled.

Binance will suspend the deposit and withdrawal of RGT tokens at 12:30 on March 14, 2022 (East 8th district time). Please allow enough time for recharge and withdrawal.

Please note: Depositing RGT tokens after 12:30 on March 14, 2022 (East 8th District time) will only be displayed after the swap is completed.

After that, Binance will take a snapshot of the user’s RGT holdings and start to exchange TRIBE tokens according to the exchange ratio of 1 RGT = 26.705673430 TRIBE.

The replacement will be completed before 12:00 on March 21, 2022 (East Eighth District time) at the latest.

A separate announcement will be made after the token swap is completed.
