Huobi will support the Flare Network (FLR) airdrop program for XRP holders.
According to the official plan of Flare Network (FLR), Flare Network (FLR) will conduct an airdrop to users holding XRP positions, and Huobi will support this airdrop plan, and will make an announcement on December 12, 2020 at 8:00 am At 00 (GMT+8), users who hold XRP will take a snapshot, and an airdrop will be issued at the ratio of 1 XRP = 0.1511 FLR according to the user’s holdings at the time of the snapshot.

Distribution of snapshots and holding rewards:
The snapshot time is 8:00 am (GMT+8) on December 12, 2020.
The scope of snapshots includes spot accounts, margin accounts (margin accounts will deduct the amount of XRP borrowed and the XRP interest that should be returned), currency-based delivery and currency-based perpetual contract accounts, and fiat currency accounts.
In addition, the amount of XRP held by the sub-account will be uniformly included in the position snapshot of the parent account.
When the snapshot is generated, if the XRP is not in the account or is in the withdrawal state, it will not be included in the statistics.

Rules for issuing position rewards:
If the snapshot position (including pending orders) is less than 10 XRP, it will not be included in the scope of the airdrop.
After Huobi receives the Flare Network (FLR) airdrop, it will distribute the airdrop to the user’s spot account as soon as possible according to the snapshot and distribution ratio. An announcement will be made after the distribution is completed.
Huobi has a standardized listing process. Please refer to Huobi’s official announcement to determine whether to open the FLR trading business.
When the snapshot was generated, users who registered or had KYC in the following countries or regions do not support the distribution of this airdrop: Mainland China, the United States, Canada, Japan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Singapore, Crimea, etc. Users in restricted jurisdictions will not be able to receive this airdrop.
