How to open a business account with Kriptomat?

Kriptomat offers business trading accounts.

Business or commercial accounts are intended for commercial purposes and must be used by legal entities. This means that this is the account option to choose if you want to trade with your business capital.

The verification process for Kriptomat business accounts is aligned to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations, in addition to Know your Customer (KYC) and anti-terrorist financing (CTF) rules.

To open a business account with Kriptomat you must:

  1. Register a personal account here. A person authorized by the company, with power to access the trading account and operate on behalf of the entity must open the account (we strongly suggest that it be one of the directors or beneficial partners).
  2. Once you have created your account, verify your personal identity by following the KYC process.
  3. Send an email to compliance@kriptomat.io and request verification of your business account.
  4. Then, complete the verification form and submit the requested documents.

Once you have been verified, your personal account will change to a business account.

The process consists of completing an online questionnaire and submitting the necessary documentation.

A signed statement confirming the accuracy of the information submitted is required, authorizing Kriptomat to complete the verification process.

Processing times for verification can take 1-2 weeks, depending on the level of public interest.
