How to modify OTP of Wisebitcoin account?
There are 2 ways to modify your OTP code.
On PC, directly on the website after logging in: My homepage > “OTP” and click “Change”.
After the two-step verification including the original OTP verification is completed, scan the QR code on the screen.
After the newly added OTP verification code is completed, the change is successful.
On app, My Homepage > Security > “OTP Verification”, click “Change”.
After the two-factor verification including the original OTP verification is completed, scan the QR code on the screen.
After the newly added OTP verification code is completed, the change is successful.
How to deactivate OTP of Wisebitcoin account?
for the user account security, you need to check the following.
- Provide the user’s UID / phone number / email.
- Submit identity cards and notes handheld photographs should include the following notes on:
- The purpose of the application: application to modify the phone number
- Application time: ‘YYYY-MM-DD’
After confirming the submission, Wisebitcoin will process it promptly.
