To Bybit’s Crypto wallet, you can only send coins (Cryptocurrencies) that are supported by the exchange and only through the networks (chains) specified on the deposit page.

Please note that sending a token that is not listed on the deposit page, will result in the loss of the token in the process.

If you unintentionally deposited an unsupported coin type not listed above, please proceed to fill up the Asset Recovery Form of Bybit and provide them with the coin type, coin amount and TXID.

Bybit will investigate the matter and will send an email to you in a few business days.
