When requesting for a fund transfer to Binance’s account, you may see “Completed” or “Success” messages but this only means the process is completed up to the Blockchain of the Cryptocurrency.
It takes a time for the transaction to be completed within the Blockchain market.
On the Blockchain, each order must go through and receive “Confirmations” to be complete.
Bitcoin requires 2 confirmations and Ethereum requires 30 confirmations for the transaction to be processed.
*If the status of the transaction is shown as “Unconfirmed”, Binance cannot check the status of the transaction as the transaction is still being processed by the Blockchain.
**If you have sent Cryptocurrency tokens from other exchanges to Binance and you still can’t acquire a “Transaction ID” (TxID), then please contact customer support as soon as possible
