Hong Kong FINACOM

Financial Commission (FINACOM) is not based in Hong Kong. It is an external dispute resolution (EDR) organization that helps traders to resolve disputes with their brokerages that are members of the Financial Commission. It does not have any regulatory authority or powers, but its members are required to comply with a code of conduct that includes best practices for customer service and complaint resolution. Its actions aim to contribute to the development of a fair and transparent financial market and to protect the interests of traders.
