Withdraw via SEPA wire transfer from Kriptomat

If you have already made the SEPA deposit to your Kriptomat account before, just follow the simple step-by-step procedure described below.

If you have never made the SEPA deposit to your Kriptomat account, that is not a problem, just please read this article and follow the step by step procedure there.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Kriptomat, go to My Wallet, choose Euro (EUR) Wallet and then click the Withdraw button.
  2. A window to Withdraw EUR will open. There you can enter the amount and choose the bank account you want to deposit your funds into (if you have multiple bank accounts).
  3. By clicking on the Continue button, a window will appear to confirm the withdrawal of euros, you must enter a code provided by:
    • SMS that will be sent to your phone number (if you are using the 2FA SMS verification method).
    • Google Authenticator app (if you are using the Google 2FA verification method).
  4. Click the Confirm & Withdraw button.

That’s it!

For each SEPA withdrawal, the bank applies a standard fee of EUR 2.00.
