Crypto exchanges will be setting XRPUSD to close only on all platforms.
XRP (Ripple) trading and SEC case against Ripple Labs Inc.
As you may be aware, the SEC has filed an action against Ripple Labs Inc.
As a result of The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filling an action against Ripple Labs Inc. on the 22nd of December 2020, liquidity providers are experiencing thin or no liquidity on XRP denominated instruments.
Crypto exchanges have been notified by XRP (Ripple) liquidity providers that because of this issue, there is the potential that pricing of the XRPUSD CFD could cease due to liquidity drying up in the underlying asset.
There is a high probability that liquidity may be lost on a very short notice and all open trades on XRP/USD may be frozen until liquidity resumes.
Due to the above reason, majority of Crypto exchanges will be setting XRPUSD to close only on all platforms.
If you wish to exit your positions in XRPUSD, you will be able to do so.
